Emma’s Reiki and Crystal Healing Sessions are a healing system that restores the balance and flow of energy throughout the body, mind, and soul. This technique works directly with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being.
Her healing sessions are based on your needs and involve observing your energy to find any blockages that maybe preventing you reaching your full potential. She uses a mixture of intuition, channelling guidance and reiki energy. Mixed with Emma’s energetic gifts, the healing allows your subconscious to be healed with the necessary tools you will need. Intuitive lights come from the hands to direct energy where it is needed to balance any deficiencies in the body. This balancing may be happening on the physical, mental and spiritual level. While she is working in someone’s energy field, she gets intuitive messages and impressions of what is happening and what is needed to help the person bring about their healing. True healing of the body and soul takes a level of diving into the subconscious mind and pulling out the necessary things that need to be healed. Emma will target the chakras that are likely blocked and contributing to low mood or depression. The Healing is not only a spiritual thing, but it also directs positive effects on the immune system. It is used to treat various medical conditions, especially ailments related to mental health.
Crystals are used in this healing process to draw out impurities from the body. These stones and crystals work differently on the body and target different kinds of physical, emotional and spiritual problems. During a Reiki treatment Emma places her hands on energy centres in the body (the chakras) or wherever imbalances or blockages are intuitively sensed. Reiki, which translates as universal life force, then flows. This stimulates the body’s ability to self heal and begins a detoxification process or in other words, healing. Reiki is a natural and non invasive healing modality. We are made up of muscle and bone yet equally of subtle electrical energies and an energy field also known as an aura.
